On the evening of January 28, 2008, our newspaper's reporter, Ms. Wu Zhen, was tragically murdered on her way home. According to police estimates, she was stabbed during a struggle with a knife-wielding robber and later died despite medical efforts to save her.

Wu Zhen, born on August 25, 1984, graduated from Shandong Finance University in July 2006, and began working at China Business News on November 2, 2007.
