Act One Plan: Bathing
Bathing products come in both soap-containing and soap-free formulas, with pH levels, cleansing power, and irritation potential all being key considerations when choosing a bathing product. If your skin tends to be dry, you should use a product that contains moisturizing and water-locking ingredients, with a pH value between 4.5 and 6, which is less likely to damage the skin (preferably a shower gel, as soap might cause some trouble for your dry condition). The water temperature should also not exceed 38 degrees Celsius, and you should avoid washing away the protective oils on your skin due to excessive cleaning.
