Fabric Washing and Care Methods for Cotton and Linen:

1. When washing with detergent, the optimal water temperature is 40-50 degrees. When rinsing, you can use the "less but more often" method, which means not using too much water each time you rinse with clean water, but rinsing multiple times, and wringing out the fabric after each rinse to improve washing efficiency.

2. Do not bleach.

3. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight; it's recommended to dry in a ventilated area with the fabric turned inside out.

4. Do not soak for extended periods; soaking for less than 30 minutes is ideal. Wash separately from light-colored clothes.

5. Do not pull threads by hand; cut them off with scissors instead.

6. Underwear should not be soaked in hot water to avoid sweat stains adhering to the clothing, which may turn yellow.
