Servings: One person, two meals in one day.

• Ingredients:

1. Four fresh crab legs (crushed with the back of a knife)

2. Eight medium蓬hao leaves (sliced)

3. Eight large cabbage leaves (torn into pieces)

4. Half a box of hot pot tofu (cut into chunks)

5. Ten straw mushrooms, or abalone, or monkey head mushrooms (choose one option, washed)

6. Four bundles of low-calorie konjac noodles (two bundles per meal)

7. Appropriate amount of low-sodium salt
