Double eyelid surgery - Incision method
Incision Method: It involves making an incision in the upper eyelid skin to create a double eyelid that is anatomically similar to a natural one. This method is suitable for any candidate and the double eyelid will not disappear. For slightly older candidates with loose skin, more wrinkles, or protruding orbital septum fat, a small amount of skin and part of the orbital septum fat can also be removed to reduce symptoms of loose and swollen upper eyelids. The downside is significant postoperative swelling, with some candidates experiencing a longer swelling period, and a fine scar from the incision may remain in the early stage.
