The Medical Aesthetic Center of Guangdong Armed Police Hospital would like to remind you:
For the treatment of axillary odor through surgery: (1) The micro-hole scraping method: An incision of 2 to 3 millimeters is made in the crease under the armpit, and the sweat glands are scraped off in sections at several locations. Due to the small size of the incision, there will be basically no noticeable scarring. Local anesthesia is used during the surgery, making it a relatively simple procedure. This method can also treat hyperhidrosis and reduce underarm hair. No hospitalization is required after the surgery.
(2) Surgical scraping method: An incision of 4 to 5 centimeters is made in the crease under the armpit, and the sweat glands on both sides are scraped off in sections. Since the incision is located within the fold, there will be basically no noticeable scarring. Local anesthesia is used during the surgery, making it a relatively simple procedure as well. As it is performed under direct vision, the removal is more thorough and there is less blunt trauma.
