Hainan Airlines is the first company in the provincial capital that allows individual passengers to purchase "group tickets." Chang Minghan, the head of Hainan Airlines' Zhengzhou office, said that with the "slimming down" of the Golden Week, the tourism industry in Hainan has been much quieter this year. The number of inbound and outbound tourists has decreased by two to three tenths compared to previous years, and the flight occupancy rate has also been affected as a result.

Individual passengers who purchase "group tickets" cannot change the reservation or replace the passenger, but they can get a refund.
