The word “Shangri-La” originated from the Kingdom of Shambhala in the Tibetan Canon. In the development history of Tibetan Buddhism, it has always been widely mentioned as the highest realm of “Pure Land”. In modern vocabulary, it is also a synonym for "Eden, a land beyond this world, and Utopia". It is an ideal kingdom that allows one's mind to be peaceful and tranquil, in contrast to the modern and industrial societies.
