Heavenly Pool Gorge

Tianchi Canyon is located in Huangtu Liang Village, Huabei Town. It is 76 kilometers away from the urban area. It is a scenic canyon with green mountains and clear waters, chirping birds and fragrant flowers. The canyon is characterized by its beautiful water, waves' sound, secluded valley and strange peaks. Xiasong Ridge has luxuriant trees, peculiar ridges and dangerous roads; Wentao Valley's Tianchi Stream flows all year round. The magical Tianchi Zifei has a pool of beautiful water reflecting a hundred-zhang precipice, making people admire and linger. Several streams flow down and converge into a Tianchi with an area of more than 1000 square meters, which is particularly clear and clean; the sounds of forests, water and wind form waves' sounds continuously; the seclusion of the canyon is just like the depiction of "the noisier the cicadas are, the quieter the forest is, the more the birds sing, the more secluded the mountain is"; there are many strange peaks such as Shen tuo Feng, Bajie carrying a bride, Fu cong Tianjiang, Lianou Shuangsheng, etc. Tourists can also drink and talk freely in a leisure cave more than 200 meters long, where there are chess rooms and tea seats, warm in winter and cool in summer.
