Zhiliao Crab is one of the four most famous crabs in China. It is produced in Zhiliao Village, Wu Yang Town, Wu Chuan County, Guangdong Province, and is a top grade crab renowned both at home and abroad. The Zhiliao Crab is large in size, rich in roe, and thick in meat. Its flesh is tender and delicate, its top part contains roe as compact as seeds, with a unique taste all its own. When you open the shell of the Zhiliao Crab, you can see a layer of egg yolk colored crab roe covering the snow white crab meat. After cooking, the crab meat is snow white, the crab roe golden yellow. Once you take a bite, it’s fresh, delicious, tender and smooth, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.
