Ridiculously expensive lychees cost 49 yuan each. Can you eat 300 lychees a day?!

Introduction: In mid-July this year, Hejiang lychees began to hit the market in a bumper harvest season. Compared with regular lychees that cost about 4 yuan per kilogram, branded lychees such as Feizixiao and Tuoti are much more expensive, ranging from hundreds of yuan to 1,000 yuan per kilogram. There are expensive ones, and even more expensive ones. The top-tier variety of Hejiang lychees - Dailv, which has been honored with the title of "China's Famous Fruit" and was once a designated fruit for the Beijing Olympics, is priced at an astonishing 2,980 yuan per box (20 pieces, approximately 400 grams) this year.

The Dailv lychee has a plump appearance, with a green line along the seam of the fruit skin, resembling a belt, hence its name "Dailv". Its flesh is crystal clear with a faint jade-green hue. Once peeled, it emits a fragrant aroma, with a normal sweetness that is not cloying. It melts in the mouth and leaves no residue after consumption.

Would you eat a sky-high priced lychee costing 49 yuan each?
