Xiangfeng Scenic Area, a national 2A-level tourist attraction covering an area of 48 square kilometers, is located in the 5-kilometer-long grand canyon to the north of Xiaoyu Village. On both sides of the canyon, there is abundant vegetation and lush trees. In the golden autumn, the valley's thousand-mu orchard is laden with fruits, wild chrysanthemums cover the mountainsides in full bloom, offering visitors a chance to pick and admire. The name "Old Xiang Peak" comes from a mountain peak within the valley that resembles a gigantic elephant. The giant elephant faces west with its head and east with its tail, measuring over 80 meters in length and more than 50 meters in height, resembling an old elephant bowing its head and lowering its trunk to draw water. Within the Old Xiang Peak Scenic Area, there are also over 30 natural scenic spots such as Chrysanthemum Fairy Valley, Pine Waves Forest, Ten Thousand Grass Gully, Ancient Castle Floating Clouds, and Tiger Claw Peak. Especially noteworthy is the Old Xiang Peak which appears like a mother-and-child connected elephants; the mother elephant faces west with her head and east with her tail, while the baby elephant faces east with its head and west with its tail, mutually supporting each other in a marvelously indescribable way. The entire scenic area features ancient and simple landscapes, naturally wild and unspoiled by artificial embellishments.
