The Shaolin Temple tourist attraction is located at the foot of the Wuru Peak of the Shaoshi Mountain, 13 kilometers northwest of Dengfeng City in Henan Province, 95 kilometers away from Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province to the east, and 110 kilometers away from the ancient city of Luoyang to the west. The Shaolin Temple in Henan Province is the ancestral courtyard of the Chan School of Chinese Buddhism, a long-famous Buddhist temple in China, and also the birthplace of Shaolin Kung Fu.
