(These two thieves were not on the same tour bus as me, but on another one.) Because there are many tourists in the handicraft malls at tourist attractions, the shop owners may be too busy to take care of everything. I saw that the thief mother had a backpack on her back, with the zipper of the backpack deliberately left open. The thief mother casually picked up an item in front of the stall owner and haggled over the price while asking the stall owner about it. In the end, she would definitely say that the price was unsuitable and refused to buy it. She did this intentionally to divert the attention of the stall owner.
