Rooster Mountain Scenic Area

Jigong Mountain Scenic Area is located in the south of Xinyang City, Henan Province, thirty kilometers away from the boundary between Henan and Hubei Provinces, and one hundred seventy-four kilometers away from Wuhan in the south. Jigong Mountain has long been famous for its picturesque scenery, clear spring, verdant trees, cool climate, and unique landscape. The scenic area is mainly divided into six premium scenic spots: North Mountain, Donggou, Summer Resort, Baoxiao Peak, Air-Raid Shelter, and Dashengou.
