The representative of the tourism enterprise considered that, under the new situation of current construction of international tourist island, Sanya's tourism industry urgently needed a backbone of the industry, and the Sanya Tourism Association must follow the marketization road. Du Liyin, director of Sanya Tourism Industry Development Bureau expressed that the tourism association must adhere to "separation of government and enterprise", give equal emphasis on fostering development and regulating management, make the transformation of the trade association coordinate with the conversion of the government function, and realize legal management, democratic management, industry standardization and self-disciplined development.
