Leaving the hope of survival to students: the ten disaster-stricken area teachers who moved China

On the afternoon of May 12, a teaching building of Huaiyuan Middle School in Chongzhou collapsed. Faced with the sudden disaster, the majority of the more than 700 teachers and students successfully escaped danger. However, Mr. Wu Zonghong, an English teacher at the school, left his beloved students forever. Though Teacher Wu Zonghong had already escaped, he resolutely returned to the violently shaking teaching building to save two students and was buried in the collapsed building.
