Mom wanted it, so I ordered it, forgot to select the invoice option. I usually get it by default for small appliances, but this time there wasn't one. After receiving the item, I had to call Joyo's customer service to request a supplementary invoice.
The roller in the middle of the foot basin doesn't serve much purpose, and the vibration features are quite useless too, lacking any "massage" feel. The orange lid keeps falling off, but we'll make do with it as an insulated foot basin...
The wheel at the bottom broke just after installation, so I had to call the manufacturer's customer service to request a supplementary wheel...
