Operation Method and Precautions:
- Install the soldering pot on a stable workbench.
- Plug the power cord into a three-prong grounded outlet.
- Turn on the power switch to allow the soldering pot to enter the normal working state.
- Press the SET function key, please refer to the smart meter user manual.
- Set the temperature value you have selected in two steps: Step one, set the temperature at 80% of the selected temperature value; Step two, when the displayed temperature approaches or reaches the selected temperature value, adjust the set value to the selected temperature value.
- After confirming the settings, the soldering pot will begin heating. Use a solder bar to apply solder on the heated heating tube or titanium soldering tank, allowing the solder bar to melt slowly until it reaches an appropriate height. Do not heat the soldering tank beyond 100℃ if there is no solder inside.
- To avoid damaging the workpiece, please wait for the furnace temperature to start stabilizing after each startup before proceeding with operations.
- The soldering pot instrument uses a high-precision intelligent control instrument with precious metal sensors that can instantly reflect the actual temperature inside the solder pot.
- Temperature deviations within the solder pot can be adjusted using the instrument's self-tuning, deviation value, and correction value adjustments, achieving ±2℃.
- The operating temperature range of this soldering pot is from room temperature to 600℃.
- When entering a high-temperature state, do not move, strike, or impact the solder pot or furnace body to prevent damage to the electric heating element and inner lining.
- If there is any leakage of solder or electricity during use of the titanium tank, immediately turn off the power and remove the liquid solder from the tank before it solidifies. Once cooled, send it to the distributor for handling.
