I have not seen any law that obligates the court or the parties to disclose the private settlement agreement. If others don't want you to know, and you make blind suspicions, calling them "reasonable doubts", but where is the reasonableness? There would be no problems in the first place if people didn't bother themselves with these things for no good reasons. And this is exactly what I want to say about these people!
