Yesterday, the Ministry of Civil Affairs published the "Public Disclosure Guidelines for Charitable Donations (Draft for Comments)", which proposes that charitable organizations and government departments should disclose detailed information about the allocation and use of donated funds and materials to the public within one month after disbursement. A relevant official from the Ministry of Civil Affairs stated that this guideline is the first industry rule for information disclosure in the field of public welfare and charity, and it is expected to be reflected in the "Charity Law" in the future.
