The specific payment method is based on the actual ownership proportion of the person adding their name to the property title, which will be converted into a reasonable market price, and a 3% deed tax will be levied under the gift category. However, currently no deed tax is required for adding names to jointly owned properties acquired post-marriage. Nevertheless, in response to this newly implemented policy without written notice, many citizens expressed "not understanding it", with some even jokingly calling the taxation bureau as "taking advantage of the situation".
