I. Details of water and electricity construction

1. Waterproof construction is preferably done with coating waterproofing.

2. Waterproofing work should be carried out after the concealed works have been completed and accepted.

3. Two water retention tests need to be conducted after the completion of waterproofing construction.

4. The bathroom waterproof layer should not be less than 1.8 meters.

5. Areas such as floor drains, yin-yang corners, pipes, etc., should have an additional layer of waterproofing.
