DIY: Star Ornament

This DIY project using decorative napkins is easy to make, and it looks great whether stuck on the wall or hanging down from the roof. Belinda strung these stars with fishing line, hanging them close to the wall. They are snowflakes during Christmas, but can also serve as stars or flowers otherwise.
