Who does Chen Guangbiao's "violent charity" hurt?

Recently, Chen Guangbiao known as "China's most generous philanthropist" distributed relief money to the people of two villages in Yingjiang, Yunnan. Each person received 200 yuan. However, his photo with the villagers holding up the money after he distributed it aroused controversy on the Internet (as shown below). Regarding the characterization of his charitable behavior as "violent charity", Chen Guangbiao responded on March 20th that: "I think the positioning of 'violent charity' is very good, because the great development of China's current charity industry must be promoted by 'great violence'".
