Niu Yuqiang's parents were employees of a certain State-owned enterprise in Beijing. Niu Yuqiang, who grew up in the family courtyard of that State-owned enterprise, became friends with other children in the yard from a very young age. It was these "childhood sweethearts" around him who eventually changed his life forever.
On April 28, 1984, the Criminal Judgment made by the Intermediate People's Court of Beijing recorded the "crimes" committed by Niu Yuqiang and his friends on the yellowed judgment book.
