After weaving, the grey fabric first undergoes dyeing, then goes through various complex post-finishing processes such as raising fibers, combing, cutting, and creating fleece. The face of the fabric is raised to create dense and fluffy fleece that is less likely to shed or pill, while the back side is more sparsely raised with shorter pile, resulting in clear texture and excellent resilience. Its composition is generally 100% polyester, with a soft hand feel.
