A suspected Foxconn internal non-suicide agreement issued for employees to sign was posted on Weibo, requiring employees to report any problems or difficulties they encounter in their future work and life to the "Employee Care Center" and other relevant departments in a timely manner in order to seek help.

Part of the content revealed in the screenshot shows that in the event of an accidental death or injury not caused by the company (including suicide and self-harm), the employee agrees that the company will handle the situation according to relevant laws and regulations. The employee or their family members will not make excessive demands beyond what is stipulated by law, and will not take extreme actions that damage the company's reputation or disrupt its normal production and operation order.

On the afternoon of the 25th, a "non-suicide agreement" addressed to all employees of Foxconn was released. According to the agreement disclosed in the online post, Foxconn requires employees to report any problems or difficulties they encounter in their future work and life within the company to the "Employee Care Center" and other relevant departments in order to receive help and solutions.

In addition, the company requires employees to be responsible for their own behavior, and to promptly contact relatives for support when facing significant difficulties or setbacks, or to report to the company’s supervisors, and agree to allow company colleagues or HR personnel to communicate with relatives. However, under no circumstances should employees resort to extreme methods to harm themselves or others; they also agree that the company may, based on the purpose of protecting their own or others' health, send them to the hospital for treatment if they exhibit abnormal physical or mental conditions. Third, in the event of an accidental death or injury not caused by the company (including suicide and self-harm), the employee agrees that the company will handle the situation according to relevant laws and regulations, and the employee or their family members will not make excessive demands beyond what is stipulated by law, and will not take extreme actions that damage the company's reputation or disrupt its normal production and operation order.
