The 13-ton bomb used by the US military can penetrate reinforced concrete buildings up to 60 meters thick. The hit probability of conventional weapons such as artillery, bombs, and unguided rockets is only a few per thousand or a few percent. The circular error probable (CEP) of unguided bombs reaches over 100~120 meters, sometimes even exceeding 250~300 meters. However, the CEP of precision-guided bombs is only 3~7 meters, and in some individual cases, it's around 10 meters. If the aircraft drops the bomb at an altitude of 60~300 meters, the error can be reduced to just 1 meter. This significantly improves its accuracy.
