Reporters learned from the West Department of the Development and Reform Commission of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region yesterday that: after soliciting opinions from all sides, the National Development and Reform Commission has recently issued "the Letter about the Arrangement of Compiling the Revitalization Plan for the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Revolutionary Base Areas", which clearly defined that the whole territory of Zhongwei City will be included in the planning scope. At the end of this month, experts from the Development Research Center of the State Council will come to Ningxia for field research. Previously, Wuzhong City and Guyuan City in our region have been included in the scope of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Revolutionary Base Areas.
