According to the March 8 report of the US Time magazine, if the female soldiers overseas don't drink water any more after 7 p.m. in order to reduce the possibility of being raped when answering nature's call at night, or a female soldier is attacked for going out smoking but dare not make a report for fear of degradation because she goes out without weapons, or as Congresswoman Jane Harman pointed out "female soldiers in Iraq are more likely to be raped by their own troops than killed by enemy fire", what problems do all these indicate?
