The reporter learned from the Seismological Bureau of Heilongjiang Province that, according to the measurement of the Digital Seismic Network of Heilongjiang Province, at 18:54 on March 10, 2010, a Richter scale 4.2 earthquake occurred in Hongxinglong Farm in Youyi County of Heilongjiang (at latitude 46.7 and longitude 131.7), with a focal depth of about 7000 meters.
