China Through an Australian's Eyes: It Really Is a Shock!

An Australian, T. Nisbett (referred to as Old T below), is a tea friend I met at the tea house. He is a foreigner sent by the Australian headquarters to be the operations director of the Shunde branch in Guangdong. He is a China expert with over twenty years of experience dealing with Chinese people. Old T has a great fondness for Chinese traditional culture, especially tea art. After a few visits, we became friends. Last night, under the "bribe" of a pot of high-end Longjing tea, I pressed Old T to share his views on Chinese people living in Australia and asked him to be comprehensive rather than just saying good things.
