Step One: Consultation
• For personal identification (not to be used as court evidence, only for your personal reference), you can collect samples yourself and send them anonymously by mail. Your privacy will be fully protected. Please call 010-64078775 for consultation on specific matters.
* Judicial identification (with legal effect, can be used as court evidence in litigation, household registration or overseas immigration) can be commissioned privately, or by a lawyer or court. For judicial identification required as court evidence, please bring relevant legal documents and identity proof to our identification center in person for the test.
Step Two: Sampling
• Samples that can be used for DNA testing include bloodstains, oral swabs, and hair with follicles.
• Refer to the homepage for sampling methods (how to sample for paternity testing).
Step Three: Mail Samples and Make Payment
• Download and fill out the identification application form (if it's inconvenient to print, you can simply fill in your contact information on a blank sheet of paper according to the format provided).
• Bring the sample and the identification application form to the local post office. At the post office, make a postal money transfer and copy the remittance receipt.
• Send the sample, identification application form, and a copy of the remittance receipt together via express courier EMS to our company.
• You can call to inquire about the status of the package and payment 1-3 days after sending the express package.
Step Four: Result Feedback
• We promise to complete the identification work within the 7th to 10th working day after confirming the receipt of the sample and payment.
• We will inform you of the identification results as soon as possible through the contact information you provided, via phone, text message, email, etc.
• We will send the formal report to you via email or express courier within the second working day after the result is generated.
• You can call at any time to inquire about the progress of your sample identification and the results. You can also come in person to pick up your formal written report.
