On July 25, the 2009 National Scientific Development Exchange Annual Meeting of County Economy was held in Changsha County, Hunan Province. At the meeting, the Ninth National Evaluation Report on General Competitiveness and Scientific Development of County Economy was released. The ranking list of the top 100 counties in 2009 was also announced.
