The whole army and the Armed Police Force will fully implement the new non-commissioned officer (NCO) system before the end of this year. The compilation of NCOs in high-technology specialties will be increased, the structural ratio and military rank system of NCOs will be adjusted. Moreover, the basic salary of mid-senior level NCOs will be raised, the subsidies of NCOs will be adjusted, and NCO skill grade subsidies will be added at a proper time.
