Mu Xinchen, 47 years old. He has served as the Deputy Procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Fanzhi County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province since 1994, concurrently serving as the Director of the Anti-graft Bureau from 1999 to the end of 2008. He is suspected of extorting mine bosses and officials under the guise of investigating cases, and receiving huge amounts of money.
