Recently, the free information publishing website (http://www.xinxigang.asia/) received such information: The China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) has completed the draft of the standard for "Technical Requirements for Filtering Junk Short Messages on Mobile Terminals."
This standard is another phased achievement in CCSA's research in the short message field. It is also the third industry standard for junk short messages after the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) implemented the "Technical Requirements for Message Filtering Services Based on User-Defined Rules (YD/T1774-2008)" and the "Technical Requirements for Short Message Filtering Systems Based on User-Defined Rules (YD/T1775-2008)" last year. Currently, it is in the public display stage and will be submitted to MIIT for approval and release.
This standard specifies the system architecture, filtering process, business management, system management, and performance indicators of junk short message filtering software on mobile terminals. It applies to the design, evaluation, and testing of junk short message filtering software on mobile terminals, mainly standardizing the urgent need for junk short message filtering based on mobile terminals.
With the rapid development of mobile services and the rapid increase in mobile users, short message services have become widely popularized, becoming an important way for people to communicate in their daily lives and work. However, this has also led to the increasing prevalence of junk short messages. The formulation of this standard will help users manage the short messages they receive via mobile terminals and judge and filter junk short messages according to their actual needs, building a strong and secure information firewall at the source.
