Zhang Mingbao convicted, Zhang Baoming information, 39 times speeding in 3 years

The driver, Zhang Mingbao, 43 years old, is the leader of a private construction team which depends on Nanjing Branch of Huai'an No.5 Construction Engineering Company. He lives in a neighborhood on Jinsheng Road, Dongshan Street, Jiangning District. During the interrogation, Zhang Mingbao confessed that at around 8:15 p.m. on June 30, he was having dinner with others and drank about 7-8 liang (about 350-400 grams) of baijiu (Chinese liquor) at a restaurant on Jinsheng Road. After dinner, he drove his black Buick LaCrosse sedan with license plate number Su ATH900 northward on Jinsheng Road to go home. On the way, due to loss of vehicle control, he subsequently ran down nine pedestrians and crashed six cars parked by the roadside.
