Dozens of city enforcers beat two men and one woman, their enforcement car stopped by citizens

At 10:40 a.m. yesterday, dozens of urban management officers in Jiangbei, Jilin surrounded and beat three people of a shop owner's family, causing two of them to bleed from their faces. The injured said that the urban management officers attacked them because they were dissatisfied with the progress of their house demolition. After the incident, dozens of urban management officers withdrew, but their law enforcement vehicle was stopped by local residents. Subsequently, the director of the Law Enforcement Bureau claimed that his officers did not beat the victims, they were accidentally injured by collision.
