The full text of the Government Work Report, the 2009 Two Sessions Government Work Report [People's Daily Online]: The second session of the 11th National People's Congress will open at 9:00 AM today in the Great Hall of the People. The meeting will hear and review the report on the work of the government by Premier Wen Jiabao, and review the State Council's report on the implementation of the 2008 national economic and social development plan and the draft report on the 2009 national economic and social development plan.
