At around 12:20 yesterday (1), a dull explosion shattered the tranquility of the community at No. 94, Section 1 of Liberation North Road. A woman wearing black clothes, a short skirt and net long socks, was lying in the southeast corner of the community with bare feet and her foot bleeding. Above the woman, half of the window on the third floor was open and it was pitch dark inside. After residents reported the incident to the police, the police got involved in the investigation. A black man about 1.8 meters tall told the police in Chinese: "I'm responsible for this matter." Subsequently, the man was taken to Simaqiao police station for investigation and the woman was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment.
