At 6:40 a.m. yesterday, a special major traffic accident occurred at the group 8, Da Jiangkou Village, Da Jiangkou Township, Dong'an County, Hunan Province section of National Highway 207. A Golden Dragon tourist coach overturned and fell into a pond about 80 centimeters deep on the left side of the highway because of excessive speed. Among the 14 people on the bus who could not buy train tickets and had to take the bus home for the New Year, six were drowned on the scene and five were injured.
