This is the homepage of the website. The client wants to optimize for the keywords "foot bath" and "foot bath franchise." Currently, the keyword "foot bath franchise" has been successfully optimized, but "foot bath" still hasn't surfaced, possibly due to pay-per-click ranking. Originally, this homepage was just an animation. Many websites now like to have animations on their homepages. I don't know if it's really aesthetically pleasing or not, but there are certainly many downsides, especially for SEO. If the website doesn't appear at the front of search engines, then what's the point of making it look good?
