The Central Economic Work Conference that ended on December 10th proposed that "it is necessary to increase the supply of affordable housing, reduce the reasonable home purchasing burden on residents, and play a role in real estate for expanding domestic demand". Yesterday, the State Council Executive Meeting determined three measures to accelerate the construction of affordable housing, encourage housing consumption, and maintain a reasonable scale of real estate development investment.
