On January 6, the total transaction area of commercial housing in Xuzhou City (including all counties and districts) was 13,338.36 square meters with a total of 111 transactions. Compared to the previous day, there were 34 fewer transactions. The Economic Development Zone ranked first with 28 transactions, Suining County had 19 transactions, Xin Yi City had 18 transactions, Phei City had 15 transactions, Jia Wang District had 7 transactions, Feng County and Pei County both had 5 transactions, Tongshan District, Yunlong District, and Quan Shan District all had 4 transactions, Gu Lou District had 2 transactions, and Jiu Li District had no transactions. On January 6, 2012, the statistics for housing transactions in various districts of Xuzhou showed that without including Jia Wang District, the urban area had a total of 12 transactions, which was 60 fewer than the previous day. Additionally, Suining County ranked first citywide with 18 transactions. Hongji Shangcheng, located at No. 5 Tianhong South Road, Suizhen Town, Suining County, remained at the top of the housing transaction rankings.
