On January 6, the total transaction area of commercial housing in Xuzhou City (including all counties and districts) was 13,338.36 square meters, with a total of 111 units sold. Compared to the previous day, there was a decrease of 34 units. Among these, the Economic Development Zone ranked first with 28 transactions. Suining County saw 19 transactions, Xinyi City had 18, Pizhou City had 15, Jiawang District had 7, Feng County and Pei County each had 5 transactions. Tongshan District, Yunlong District, and Quan Mountain District all had 4 transactions each, Gulou District had 2, and Jiulihu District had no transactions.

On January 6, 2012, within the urban areas of Xuzhou (excluding Jiawang), there were 12 transactions, a decrease of 60 units compared to the previous day. Additionally, Suining County topped the list across the city with 18 transactions. Hongji Shangcheng, located at No. 5 Tianhong South Road, Sui Town, Suining County, maintained its leading position in terms of unit sales.
