This year, the interest rate for individual housing provident fund loans was adjusted twice, on October 20th and December 26th. According to relevant regulations of the People's Bank of China, in case of statutory loan interest rate adjustment, loans issued after the adjustment date will be subject to the new rate; loans issued before the adjustment date will be subject to the new rate starting from January 1st of the following year.
