1. Massage the muscles on the calf by pinching while moving your hand from the center to up and down. Repeat 5 times.
2. Twist the muscles on the calf like you are wringing out a cloth, from the ankle to the knee. Repeat 5 times.
3. Hold the calf with both hands, press the thumb on the shin, and massage from bottom to top for 3 times.
4. Place the thumb above the knee, hold the thigh muscle with both hands, press and massage at the same time. Repeat 5 times.
