1. Massage the muscles in the calf by pinching while moving from the center towards up and down; repeat 5 times.
2. Twist the muscles in the calf like wringing out a cloth, moving from the ankle to the knee; repeat 5 times.
3. Hold the calf with both hands, press the thumb on the front shin bone, and massage from bottom to top; do this 3 times.
4. Place your thumbs above the knee, hold the thigh muscles with both hands, and massage while pressing; repeat 5 times.
